Refund policy

If we cannot produce a usable file at all, we refund in full. Otherwise there are no refunds once an order is paid — written down with its limit showing, because a guarantee that does not say what it excludes is not one.
Before you pay
Nothing is charged. The free check measures your artwork and tells you what it needs before any order exists, so most surprises can be settled there. An unpaid order is removed after 7 days.
After you pay

How to ask
Write to orders@hoopready.app with your order number (it starts with HR-). A refund goes back through Polar to the card you paid with. Once an order is refunded its files can no longer be downloaded from your account.
Polar's own terms
Polar sells the order to you as merchant of record and can refund a payment under its own buyer terms, which are not ours to override.
